Terms of Guarantee
We guarantee that if you are not happy with your purchase of your property through The Jackson Group and decide to sell within 3 months after closing, The Jackson Group will sell it for FREE! It is agreed that the property will be put on the Multiple Listing Service system and we will waive our portion the commission. You will owe The Jackson Group nothing! You will be responsible for the selling side of the commission. This selling commission will be no less than 3%. It is understood that The The Jackson Group has to approve the listing price of the home.
